El nombre del emprendimiento es Noilin y representa a una mujer que lo hace\ntodo: de ella naci\u00f3 la idea, ella lo ha construido todo con su propio esfuerzo\ny sigue constantemente sembrando nuevas plantas, cuid\u00e1ndolas y d\u00e1ndoles todo lo\nnecesario para que crezcan. Noilin naci\u00f3 en Santa Mar\u00eda, en una familia\ncampesina, donde no era com\u00fan asistir al colegio o a la universidad. Con su\nesposo se mud\u00f3 a la costa, donde \u00e9l hab\u00eda crecido, y all\u00ed tuvo dos hijas y un\nhijo.<\/span><\/p>
Cuando lleg\u00f3 el momento de que sus hijas fueran al colegio y quisieran seguir\nuna carrera profesional, la vida en el campo se volvi\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil, ya que\nno siempre hab\u00eda trabajo o un salario estable por parte de su esposo. Fue\nentonces cuando Noilin se dio cuenta de que necesitaban generar m\u00e1s ingresos. Desde el primer d\u00eda qued\u00f3 claro que Noilin tiene un talento especial para el cuidado de las plantas. El negocio crec\u00eda constantemente, y Noilin asisti\u00f3 a clases de bot\u00e1nica para aprender m\u00e1s sobre el mundo de las plantas, lo que le ha permitido comprar todo lo necesario para sus hijos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hoy en d\u00eda vende plantas en la feria o a personas que visitan su casa y su vivero, un lugar que parece un cielo lleno de plantas. Le gusta sobre todo trabajar con matas con flores, porque le encantan los colores, tan vivos y variados como la vida misma. Tambi\u00e9n cultiva plantas medicinales, capaces de aliviar dolores de est\u00f3mago, de nervios y otros malestares.
Al igual que en el colectivo de mujeres emprendedoras, le gusta compartir su experiencia y conocimiento con los dem\u00e1s. Por eso ofrece excursiones escolares, en las que cuenta mucho sobre bot\u00e1nica pr\u00e1ctica y las caracter\u00edsticas de sus plantas.
